Excellent customer service from the time we walked in to when we left. Jacqueline who is doing table service was extremely attentive, patient and understanding with my family. She went above and beyond while also providing us space since we had several little ones eating. Impressive.

Not much of a MacDonalds fan. My daughter is. We went to this location expecting the usual Che Mac experience. I was pleased to enjoy a clean, quiet restaurant with nice amenities for kids. The service was fast and accurate. We had our to-go order inside because we felt at home. Great experience.

I was traveling and stopped here to use the restroom before continuing on my journey and everyone was super nice and pleasant. I wasn’t going to get any food but decided to get a drink for the road since the employees were all super nice. You don’t see that at all McDonalds.

I love coming to this location! every time that I come here the food is especially fresh one manager really stands out, Letty from the moment that I walked up to the counter she was quick to greet me and take my order and if I find myself not being able to think what I want she makes great suggestions. Letty is a very hard worker and she is very quick in giving me my food I come here since the service is great.

It was okay. Not like ours at home at all. Prob cause near beaches. Everything is paper. Straws, fry bags. It was diff cause food gets cold way faster like this. Therefore foods not up to par. Aside from that it was ok.

My food is always good on the spot and I like how fast the service is & always get everything hot and fresh. Just the way I like it. The only thing is they do have an attitude at times other than that it’s cool.

Call it my guilty pleasure but I have to eat at McDonald's every month or two. I have the app and I order my food in the parking lot then go in and wait, usually less than 5 minutes. The app remembers what I usually order which for me is the $7 McDouble meal deal that includes the burger, fries, 4 McNuggets and a drink. First the burger. You can do add ons and most are free. I get sliced onions, lettuce, extra pickles and tomatoes. It is delicious. Then there are the fries. Oh those fries. When they are fresh they are the best French fries ever. Period. I particularly like this one on Freedom blvd in Watsonville because its fast and the food is almost always hot and fresh. I know, I know, some people are super anti McDonald's. But like I said, its my guilty pleasure.
